Stanley Tools, part of what is now Stanley Black&Decker, quality in consumer products are not of the superior quality that the company was built and established itself upon back in 1843 by Fredrick Stanley.  The company has taken the route of selling lower end goods to every day Joes which do not stand up well to normal use and does not give you the sense of value when it comes to the product.  the company wants you to send the product to Conneticut when a clain arises fron the lack of quality all in an effort to deny any damages due to the use of that product.  One such product that is not of the best quality from Stanley is its caulking gun.

Jack Ford called a WV small business owner last week to follow-up on some information with the prospective client that was seeking funding for his business.  As Photon Fundings owner basically offended the would-be client, a decision was made on his part to state he was no longer interested in doing business with Mr. Ford nor his company and therefore terminated the call.  Moments later Mr. Ford called again and was told that his tone of voice was not appreciated and to his decided to move on elsewhere for funding.  Mr, Ford later has the nerve to then pursue the individual by email only to try and defend himself and at the end of the email tells the offended business owner that he is a "Hot Head".  This is most unprofessional and serves to be the deciding factor of why the individual declined doing business Photon Funding, "Jack's smart mouth and attitude".  He was short, rude, over-demanding and critical which resulted in a loss of potential business. 

Update to the story this morning:  Jack Ford sends the owner and editor on Mountain State Regional News a email stating that he is a idiot.  "Well this is media and this is what we do is to publish stories for others to become aware of the news".  Really sounds like This character is not in a position to deal with others...sounds as if someone may have a Mr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde personality. You created this pr storm so do not act as if you have been wrongly accused or victimized.

A Red Roof emplyee was observed by the owner of MSRN picking up, folding a dirty towel from off the ground and placed it with clean linens fresh from the laundry room to be placed into the rooms for use by those lodging at RRI. MSRN placed preliminary contact with The Roof only to not to a return statement back.  Guests are paying for is a dirty deed from its Pittsburgh, Pa location and needs to offer clean linens, not soiled or dirty.

Conners Trucking driver almost kills man playing "Chicken" or "King of the Road"

All Robert Conners of Conners Trucking of Morgantown, West had to say in response to his drivers conduct of two days ago almost killing a man in the northbound lane of Tyrone Rd "I will take care of it" as if this was a casual call or a curtosy call and with no apologies. "This is a serious matter that can not and will not be taken lightly yet seriously" states the man in the road that was controlling traffic due to a live wire on the ground and the obstruction of a moving truck parked off to side of the road on the southbound lane. The owner of C&M Tree Service was an eyewitness to this situation as this truck with 5113 being the last designation of the vehicle plate the truck the driver was operating. This guy just just drove like Mad Max once he noticed traffic being directed as he forced through the raced through the area of control at the man in the road and then continued the speeding back and forth at highway speeds back and forth to and from Greer Limestone. As a CDL holder and veteran driver the man in the road understands the commercial driving laws and will be reporting this incident to the local dispatch of the WV State Police, FMCSA and many other areas.
