Deputy P.A. Pritt stepped into unknown territory with an area businessman last Saturday June 16, 2012
as he tried to bully and provke the man during a crash investigation. It turns out that the man the law
enforcement officer was being too heavy-handed with (with the under-tones of threats of intimiadation) is the
founder, owner, editor and lead writer for this internet newspaper, The Mountain State Regional News as
operating several other related and unrelated news co.'s. Pritt, which will be referred to as "the uniform" and
does not deserve the distinction this time as "one of the areas finest", has called this individual a liar, stated that
he provided false details concerning the collision and even went as far as to add futher insult and injury by testing
the temperence of the owner of MSRN by literally calling him out his name possibly in hopes of arresting him
his reactions resulting from Pritt's unprofessional misconduct. It doesn't sound like he was out to Serve and
Protect the public yet was out to be assist to the other driver which is clearly at fault which you can see by the
pics. If Deputy Pritt wanted to play Judge, Jury and Excutioner, that was the wrong person to try and pull these
brash stunts on and this is not the first time this department has been called out by MSRN's owner. He was not
much of an officer of the law on this occassion yet was seen an an offender and not what you would expect from
one that is to uphold the law. The Sheriff himself, Dallas Wolfe, has been duly warned about his poor choice of
conduct on the job as well about 3 years ago. MSRN at that time exisited as The Kingwood-Morgantown
Webnews which published the news of the misconduct of the Sheriff which we will re-publish here under the title
"Sheriff duly warned facilitating lawless on his watch". Thse two occurances are only two of the many of
widespread complaints heard throughout`this county whicn incompasses others within the local detatchment of
The WV State Police as well.
