Obama Administration can not have it both ways

Steps to empower girls and women and to stop human trafficking have been put into motion between the U.S. Administration and 12 other nations called Equal Futures Partnership.  It is a good start to help empower women  yet it is known at the highest office in the chain of command that the U.S. has not stamped out employment nor wage discrimination which is a setback to the program.  It is a scenario that exploits loopholes in the law and can be viewed a "Two steps forward and two steps back".
