Valley Healthcare of Morgantown, WV puts the screws to a client

A client of this company that had completed his mandated DUI classes by the end of Jan. of this year to only have been in a state of legal limbo due to the lack of communication and the failure of this organization to send the State of West Virginia his records stating his compliance.  Valley Healthcare was not concerned with this situation until MediaSource made contact with the business for the reason why it would put this client in this position although all monies owed to them had been paid in full.  After they were told that a story would surface and be published, they in turn sent the clients records only 2 days before the clients court date on this matter and was not received by the Reinstatement Dept. in time for his court appearance, but the magistrate has granted him a court ordered extension due to matter.
